The process of actually kicking old clubs out and moving new ones into space usually happens in Feb (would be unfair to do this during IAP when some people are not around to collect their belongings).

Good afternoon,

I hope you're doing well. I am emailing on behalf of Puzzle Club to ask about the space reallocation cycle—in particular, we applied for more office/storage space (currently we have one of the lockers in the basement of the stud, and it is basically full), and we were wondering 1) when will we hear if/what space we have received, and 2) when would we be able to move into this space? I saw mentioned in the most recent meeting that it would be the end of the semester, but we were hoping for a more specific date so we can coordinate delivery dates + control the quantities of items we are receiving.

In particular, our largest annual event (Mystery Hunt, with ~2500 on-campus participants) is coming up in mid-IAP, and as a result we have a lot of items which have arrived and are coming within the next few weeks (including items from sponsors, which we are receiving in very high quantities), so we're hoping to have new/more space soon. If this space turnover is not soon, is there any way we could get some kind of temporary space/additional locker to store things just for this event? We would need this until approximately mid-January.
