[ASA-Official] [Urgent, Action Required to keep club space] ASA club space application is due

Hello ASA clubs,

     This is a friendly reminder that the ASA space allocation form is due on Nov. 2, as was announced in the earlier asa-official email and in the GBM. If your club has ASA storage or locker space, you must fill it out to keep it. If you want storage or locker space and are currently an ASA-recognized group in good standing, you can fill it out.

If you are in a club that has space and are not certain if your exec has filled out the form yet, reach out to them to make sure.

In adding to sending this to asa-official, I am cc'ing people who have reached out to the ASA over the past few months asking about space to ensure they do not miss it.

Space Allocation Form Open

The space allocation form for 2025-2027 is now open at <https://cglink.me/2cy/s887>. It is due by 23:59 on 2 November 2025.

All groups who currently have space and want to keep it must fill this out. As a reminder, the ASA's space policy is in Article VII of our Operating Guidelines.
