Dear Student Group Leaders,

Please take note of the following announcements:

(1) New furniture in W20

(2) Represent your group at Family Weekend Fair (10/24/15)

(3) Space updates

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

(1) New furniture in W20

CAC recently got new tables and chairs in the 1st floor W20 lobby, and if
any groups would like to take some of the old furniture, it is freely
available down in the basement by the freight elevator. Additionally, if
groups are seeking to get rid of furniture from their office, CAC is also
allowing groups to drop off old furniture by the freight elevator in the
back hallways of the basement (not blocking the elevator and against the
wall/not blocking the hallway) until this weekend, when the old stuff will
be taken away. These services will be available until the morning of
Monday, Oct 18.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

(2) Family Weekend Fair

The MIT Alumni Association and the Parent's Association would like you to
represent your student group at the Family Weekend Fair on Saturday,
October 24 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This would be a great opportunity
to sell candy grams to parents.

to sign up to represent your student group at the Family Weekend Fair, on
Saturday October 24, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Please contact Elena Byrne with your questions about this event (
ebyrne at mit.edu and or 617-252-1143). I hope you will join us.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

(3) Space Updates

We will not be starting new space applications until sometime in November
due to space analysis taking place in the student by ASA Exec, CAC, and the
SAO, which will hopefully be completed soon. Thank you for your patience.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please feel free to email <asa-exec at mit.edu> with any requests, questions,
or other inquiries.

Sincerely,

The ASA Executive Board
