Dear Student Group Leaders,


Please take note of the following announcements:

1. CAC Opening of Books


Monday, December 2, 2013 at 9 am will open the reservation books for
the Campus Activities Complex from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015. This
is the best time to get space for your event.


Your group can book:


Concerts

Parties

Lectures

Cultural Events

Conferences

Weekly Meeting Space


This process will be similar to last year, except truncated because of
the lateness of Thanksgiving.  This process is virtual, so you will be
using your virtual scheduling account.


Only a few events can be booked at first, so you are strongly
encouraged to look at the information on the web to avoid problems and
denials.  For the details of this process see here

2. CAC Holiday Closures


CAC Thanksgiving Holiday Closures:  Wednesday, November 27th @11 pm
through Friday, November 29th; reopening on Saturday, November 30th.
