[ASA-Official] Events Working Group Meeting Next Week

The following is a message from the Campus Activity Complex director's
Event Working Group:

Hi there!

My name is Jessica Chen and I'm currently the undergraduate
representative on an MIT working group reviewing the event scheduling,
planning and support process on campus. We're reaching out to
different student event planners as part of this effort because we
want your input. I've emailed some of you about this before but now
we'd like to invite you to the focus group we will be having for student
event planners on May 14 in Twenty Chimneys (in the Student Center)
at 5:00-6:30pm. Food will be provided. Please take this opportunity as
a chance for you to impact how the event process could look in the
future. We're going to be submitting recommendations to the
Chancellor and the Dean of Student Life to make improvements in
event procedures so you can help us to help you!

experience. If you can make it, we ask that you please RSVP to
ewg-rsvp at mit.edu. If you're interested, please answer some of these
supplementary questions to help us understand more. Really hope to see
you there and receive feedback! Whether or not you can make it to the
