Dear student group officers,

Please take note of the following announcements:

1. GBM Location and Agenda
2. Meet the new director of SAO!

1. GBM Location and Agenda

The fall General Body Meeting will be in room 32-123 at 7:30pm this evening,
November 3rd. Check-in begins at 7pm; please come early if you can in order to
expedite the sign-in process. Food will be served by 7pm. Your group is
required to send a representative or your group faces ASA derecognition. An
individual may represent more than one group but will only receive one vote.

The main points on the agenda include:
- introducing Leah Flynn, the new director of SAO
- reminders of various deadlines
- Bulletin Board allocation timeline (requires a vote)
- announcements regarding Walker
- discussion of ASA Operating Guidelines

2. Meet the new director of SAO!

Leah Flynn, the new Assistant Dean and Director of Student Leadership and
Engagement Programs, started last week. She will have a meet and
greet for students on Thursday, November 4 from 4pm-5:30pm in W20-549. Light
snacks will be provided.
