[ASA-Official] LEF/ARCADE deadline March 17

Dear Student Group Officers,


This is a reminder that applications for the April-June 2010 cycle of
LEF/ARCADE are due next Wednesday (March 17) at 11:59 pm.  More
information and a link to the online application is available at
http://web.mit.edu/asa/resources/large-events.html.

As a reminder, if your event involves outside speakers or performers
you must meet with Paul Spangle or Alicia Erwin in SAO (W20-549) prior
to submitting the application.  They can be contacted at
pspangle at mit.edu and aeerwin at mit.edu.  Additionally, all CAC/Schedules
Office space should be reserved in advance of the application.
