[ASA-Official] Elections GBM & Registration Reminders and CPW Midway Application

Dear ASA Student Groups,

This email has three major announcements so please make sure you read each
one.


(1)  REMINDER: ASA General Body Meeting and Elections will be held

* Monday, March 10th
* 7 PM (you may start checking in at 6:30 PM)
* 26-100

All student groups must send a representative to this meeting.

A description of the positions of that will be elected at this meeting can
be found at: http://web.mit.edu/asa/about/ASA_Positions-Projects.pdf.  You
may nominate your fellow students or yourself by sending an email to
asa-exec at mit.edu.  We will also accept nominations during the meeting.


(2)  REMINDER: Registration/Anti-Hazing Form

We are extending the deadline to fill out the Anti-Hazing form until the
General Body Meeting on Monday.  Each group MUST fill out the form online
at:
https://scripts-cert.mit.edu/~asa/applications/registration/registration.php
.  Failure to do so will indicate your group's inactivity and may result in
suspension of your group.

To check if you have registered already or not, we have posted two
documents.

For those who have registered, the names indicated in red mean that someone
who was NOT your President or Treasurer signed the form.  It is most likely
that your ASA database entry is out of date.  Please update your President
and Treasurer at http://web.mit.edu/asa/database/index.html.


(3)  ASA CPW Midway Applications

If you would like to attend the ASA Midway this CPW, to be held on April
12th, you must fill out an application at
http://scripts.mit.edu/~asa/applications/midway/ by Sunday, March 16th.
