[ASA-Official] Deadlines for New Groups and LEF/ARCADE

Dear Student Groups,

There are a couple of upcoming deadlines:
1) New Groups - Feb 15, 2008
2) LEF/ARCADE - Feb 20, 2008

1) New Groups - Feb 15, 2008
Please submit your new groups applications by 5pm on Feb 15, 2008:
http://web.mit.edu/asa/start/index.html.  Note that there is a new
requirement for service groups to have met with the Public Service Center
before submitting an application for recognition.  Questions?  Email

2) LEF/ARCADE - Feb 20, 2008
The next deadline for submitting LEF/ARCADE applications is Wed, Feb 20.
Applications are available online:
http://web.mit.edu/asa/resources/large-events.html.  Please email completed
application with a detailed budget to asa-treasurer at mit.edu by 5pm on Feb
15.  Please note that this funding cycle is for events occurring between
March 1 and June 30.

As always, there will be information sessions beforehand.  Treasurers and/or
event organizers of groups submitting applications are encouraged to attend
one:
Thurs, Feb 14 : 5pm, Room TBA
Mon, Feb 18: 5pm, Room TBA
