Message-ID: <3FE8B3C5.4030508@mit.edu> Dear ArTtV Participants, MIT Cable Television's ArTtV Exhibit is up and running on MIT Cable Television channels 8 and 9 during the campus shut down (or until our computer shuts down!). We are presently showing works by three MIT artists - photographs and computer graphics by Carol Nicolora, video by Tom White and a story with photographs by Sheila A. Longo. Please encourage your artistic friends to submit sketches, photographs, short video clips, computer graphics, animations, words, any type of artisitic expression that can be pasted into a PowerPoint slide and emailed. We'll be back to work in 2004 for IAP and hope to add new submissions at that time. Thanks for participating and happy holidays. -- Randy Winchester Team Leader, MIT Cable Television, http://web.mit.edu/mitcable MIT 9-050, 77 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA 02139 Office: 617-253-7431, Fax: 617-253-8000 From salongo at MIT.EDU Mon Dec 22 01:56:03 2003 From: salongo at MIT.EDU (salongo@MIT.EDU) Date: Mon, 22 Dec 2003 01:56:03 -0500 Subject: [Arttv] attempted submission Message-ID: <1072076163.3fe695830c7d3@webmail.mit.edu> Hi all I am using webmail, so this attachment may or may not work. If it doesnt work, I'll send it some other day. But it is a 23 slide submission, a short story that my sister jessica wrote and included in her 2001 thesis for english at university of chicago. i wanted to make a movie of it, but i ended up (photo)illustrating the story for my photography class last year. i was really pleased with the way it turned out as a book, so if you'll just pretend that you are turning pages, things will be great. the three actors/models are all mit students like me. how exciting. thanks, and you're most likely to get multiple submissions from me.. ~Sheila Longo -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
