I hope everyone's IAP is going well! I wanted to forward along some information about Amphibious Achievement:

Amphibious Achievement is a program that fosters athletic and academic success for under-resourced youth in the Boston and Cambridge area. Through our program and the one-on-one mentor-Achiever relationship, we hope to teach Achievers the skills necessary to succeed in sports, academics, and beyond: self-confidence, work ethic, and perseverance. We are holding a spring recruitment for new mentors!

Throughout my time at MIT, I have had the pleasure of working with 3 very different Achievers. They all had different interests, personalities, and post-high school plans. Working with them and the other Achievers in the program, both in-person and virtually, has been the highlight of my MIT career to date!

If you have any questions on time-commitment, impact, or anything else, please please reach out! Attached are some fliers outlining our recruiting events. If anything, paint night is going to be wicked fun!
