[AAA] Support Black Lives at MIT

Hi everyone,

MIT BGSA and BSU have recently put together a petition, outlining clear and
actionable objectives for MIT leadership. If you've been wondering how to
combat anti-black racism in the MIT community over the past couple of
weeks, then this is a good & necessary starting point. The petition is
built on BSU/BGSA recommendations from back in *2015, *and includes
information on the little to no progress that MIT has made towards
instituting proactively antiracist policies since then.
