Join us this Thursday for a panel discussion on equity in admissions,
featuring Michaele Turnage Young (a senior counsel and one of 5 NAACP Legal
Defense and Education Fund attorneys working on the Harvard case), La-Tarri
Canty (MIT Associate Dean for Intercultural Engagement), Baetriz Cantada
(Program Director of the MIT Institute Community and Equity Office), and
more!
This panel will focus on equity in admissions, specifically highlighting
the recent Students for Fair Admissions vs. Harvard case and its
implications on affirmative action as well as the conversation on race in
admissions in general.
All are welcome and encouraged to come!
