To be eligible you must:
* Be a current college senior or have graduated from college since
May 2004 (for 2009 award).
* Have a cumulative undergraduate grade point average of 4.5 or
better on a 5.0 scale (or the equivalent).
* Begin a full-time graduate degree program at an accredited
university in fall of the year you apply.
* Not already begun graduate studies.
