NSF Program Announcement and Application forms for 2009-2010 are now
available on the foundation web site.

  Applicants for the 2009 competition are required to apply electronically
using the NSF's Fastlane process available at http://www.fastlane.nsf.gov.
The guidelines for submission of applications which includes instructions is
available at this web site. NSF no longer producing forms in paper versions.
Deadlines for applicants vary slightly, depending upon the applicants course
of study.

Reference Submission Deadline: December 1, 2008 (Monday) Due by 5 p.m.
