*MIT Senior Week 2015 Digest*
*Day 1 - Friday, May 29*


We hope you're excited for the first day of Senior Week!  We'll be sending
out daily e-mails to let you know about activities for the upcoming day.
This includes *free events*, *available tickets*, and other relevant senior
updates.

*General Announcements*

   - *Please bring your MIT ID to all Senior Week events! *
   - *Commencement ticket pick-up* is from 9PM-5PM at CopyTech (basement of
   Building 11. Don't forget to bring your MIT ID and regalia rental receipt.
   - *Regalia pick-up* is from 9:30PM-6:30PM at the MIT COOP in Kendall
   Square.  Grab your cap and gown so that you can "hack" your graduation cap
   tomorrow at *Hack Your Cap*!

*Today's Events (All 2015s welcome! Just bring MIT ID)*

*BBQ and Sailing **12PM-2PM, MIT Sailing Pavillion *
   Kick off the beginning of Senior Week by enjoying a beautiful summer's
   day out at the Sailing Pavillion eating BBQ.  You can also take out boats
   if you have a valid sailing card.

*Cambridge Bar Crawl (21+) **10PM-1AM, Asgard (350 Mass Ave, 10PM) & Tavern
   in the Square (730 Mass Ave, 11:30PM)*
   Hang out with friends and explore the Cambridge bars of Tavern in the
   Square and the Asgard in one fun night! One drink per venue is included.
   We'll be meeting at the Asgard at 10PM and moving to Tavern in the Square
   at 11:30PM.  Must be 21 to participate. You must bring your MIT ID as well
   as a valid government ID to participate.

*Available First-Come, First-Serve Spots*

We have tickets available for the events below!  We will start giving out
first-come first-serve tickets 10 minutes prior to the event.  If you'd
like more frequent e-mail updates about available tickets, please join the
sw15-spam <https://groups.mit.edu/webmoira/list/sw15-spam> mailing list.

   - *Six Flags (8:30AM-6PM), 9+ extra spots, 3+ bus only spots *
   Meet at the Kresge Roundabout (front of McCormick).  Extra tickets will
   be released starting 8:35AM on a first-come first-serve basis.  We will
   also have extra bus spots (free-of-charge) for people who would like extra
   transportation to the event but who will need to purchase their own
   ticket.  Please bring $15 in cash, exact change.

   - *Glassblowing (1PM-4PM), 2+ extra spots*
   Meet at the Glass Lab 4-003.  Extra tickets will be released starting
   12:50PM on a first-come first-serve basis.  Please bring $40 in cash, exact
   change.

   - *Laser Tag (1PM-5PM), 8+ extra spots*
   Meet at the Kresge Roundabout (front of McCormick).  Extra tickets will
   be released starting 1:05PM on a first-come first-serve basis.  Please
   bring $12 in cash, exact change.

   - *Paint Bar, possibly extra spots*
   Meet at Paint Bar - Newbury Street (248 Newbury St). If there are any
   no-shows, we will release tickets at 7PM.  Please bring $15 in cash, exact
   change.
