[2015] Senior Week Refunds and Ticketing Post-Lottery

Hi all,

If you're interested in receiving e-mails about available tickets for
Senior Week, please add yourself to the mailing list sw15-spam
<https://groups.mit.edu/webmoira/list/sw15-spam>.  We will only be sending
out reminders about non-ticketed events to 2015class.

To maintain our financial responsibility and courtesy to other classmates,
we have revised our refund policy: you will have up to one week before the
event to let us know to receive a full refund.  We hope that this is
sufficient time for you to let us know.

Here is our standby policy:

   1. We will be filling up all events with people on the waitlist up
until *Friday,
   May 22nd*. This is the last day that people can cancel their ticket for
   a full refund.
   2. On *Saturday, May 23 at 5PM EST*, we will open up all remaining
   tickets to the whole class on a first-come first-serve basis until supplies
   last.  This will be done online so that you do not have to be on campus.
   3. In the case of no-shows or cancellations, we will have standby
   tickets for every event on the day of the event.  We will e-mail out to
   sw15-spam, and these tickets will be released on a first-come first-serve
   basis.  If you cannot attend your ticketed event and let us know
   beforehand, we may be able to refund you if we are able to fill your spot
   with a person on standby.  You may not directly sell your ticket to another
   individual.
