[2015] Senior Week - Update to Ticketing Policy

Hi 2015s!

The Senior Week Committee has been given a number of request to swap spots
with people for events. Because we feel that this defeats the purpose of
having a waitlist and potentially gives people unfair opportunities at
getting into events, we have decided to revise our ticket swapping policy.

   - You cannot exchange/sell tickets that you have won in the lottery.
   - If you no longer want your ticket or do not purchase your ticket, then
   it will be given to the next person on the waitlist.
   - If you cannot make the event after having purchased a ticket, please
   let us know ASAP, and we will pull the next person off the waitlist.
   Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance in order to receive a
   refund.
   - If you are a no-show on the day of the event, we will have a number of
   standby-tickets that people can purchase right before the event. You will
   not receive a refund if you are a no-show.

If you have already purchased a ticket with the intent of giving the ticket
to someone else, please let us know, and we will refund you.
