It is your responsibility to meet each requirement and close each loop in

Services will be in touch directly to confirm the account payment deadline,
which is in the third week of May. Please put these dates on your calendar
now, and visit the registrar’s website for a *complete checklist
<http://web.mit.edu/registrar/graduation/checklist.html>*.

*Regalia*All degree candidates who intend to participate in the
Commencement Exercises *must* wear academicregalia
<http://commencement.mit.edu/graduates/regalia>. The only exception is for
those in active military service, who wear the prescribed dress uniform for
their branches of the Service.

*Tickets*
Each degree candidate is given four (4) tickets to Commencement; the ticket
pick-up hours will be posted *online
<http://commencement.mit.edu/graduates/tickets>* in the spring.

While the Institute encourages students to share unneeded tickets,
graduates and guests are advised that *no tickets to Commencement at MIT
may be bought or sold under any circumstances**.* Degree candidates who
will not need all four of their Commencement tickets are invited to share
extras by posting their contact information on *this MIT-certificate bound
forum* (MIT personal certificates are required for participation). Students
in need of tickets may *join that forum* to be notified of any available
tickets. This service is moderated by student leadership and the Class of
2015—all degree candidates are welcome to participate.

*Photos and video*
Professional photographers will take individual photos of each graduate at
the time of diploma distribution and on exiting the stage at the
Commencement Exercises. DVDs will be produced by MIT’s Academic Media
Production Services. It is important to know that families will not be
permitted to approach the stage during Commencement: the only way to get a
perfect photo is to order the professional one from Commencement Photos,
Inc. Order forms and information will be mailed to your family and will be
available in Killian Court on Commencement Day, as well. More *online.

situation that would prevent you from assembling in the Johnson Athletics
Center second floor and processing to Killian Court, please call Dean
Elizabeth Young at 617-253-6786 or email ecy at mit.edu *by Friday, May 22 *so
that arrangements can be made.

Detailed information for degree candidates, families, and friends may be

seeing each one of you cross the stage in June.
