[2015] New Graduation Ticket Exchange Form + Pint Glass Design Contest

*Commencement Ticket Sharing*

Thanks for all your input on improving the commencement ticket sharing
system!

We have set up a certificate-enabled form for all degree candidates who
need/have extra commencement tickets. As a reminder, each graduating senior
receives *4 commencement tickets* to distribute to family/friends for
graduation (more details available here
<http://web.mit.edu/commencement/2015/family/tickets.html>).

The mailing list (reuse2015tickets at mit.edu) is still active, but you may
find the form is a more organized way to share tickets.

To use the form, please add your name HERE
<https://signup.mit.edu:444/signup.php?id=2015reusetickets#> to the
appropriate list (NEED tickets, HAVE 1 extra, HAVE 2 extra, etc.)


*Please note that no tickets to Commencement at MIT may be bought or sold
under any circumstances. In addition, our we cannot enforce or guarantee
any ticket exchanges. Please plan accordingly.*

Lastly, keep in mind that demand will be high and supply will be low. If
you feel confident you won't need all 4 tickets, go ahead and send them
along to a friend! If you need extra tickets, just keep checking the list
and politely email people who have posted extra tickets.

*Pint Glass Design Contest*

We're looking for an awesome design for senior year pint glasses! The
winning design will be printed on all our 2015 pint glasses to be
distributed in the spring. The winning designer will win a monitor.

Here are the guidelines:

1. Designs are due January 30th at 11:59pm—no exceptions.
2. Designs must rigorously follow the MIT Graphic Identity Guidelines
<http://mit.edu/graphicidentity/>.
3. Designs may not incorporate more than 3 colors.
4. Designs may not exceed 3" x 4".
