[2015] [Very Important] Masquerade Ball Information

Hey 2015s,

Just one more day until the Masquerade Ball! We're so excited and hope you
are too! This email has *key security information and logistics* so please
read it carefully.

1. We're looking for *20 volunteers to work 1.5 hour shifts* at the
courthouse. We (and your class) really need your help, and will provide a *$25
amazon gift card* in thanks. Could you please reply and share this with any
underclassman friends who may be free? Please sign up for a slot by
entering your email in a box

Please look out for a confirmation / briefing email tonight.

2. Masquerade ball ticket sales on Uniiverse will be open through the
event, by popular request. So, it's okay to decide last minute after all
and just go!

3. Since our event is at a federal courthouse, you will be allowed to bring
phones and small personal electronics, but no large devices. You will need
to pass your bags/items through the security scanner.

4. Please bring your *MIT student ID*; if you or your guest does not have
one, please bring your *state ID*. *You unfortunately cannot get in without
one*. *Please print out your physical paper ticket. This will prevent long
lines / technical difficulties, to ensure you have a great time at the
formal!*

5. Transportation: The courthouse is close to South Station on the red
line, or Courthouse on the silver line (take red line to south station and
transfer to the right silver line bus, and take it for one stop).

6. Dietary Information: Food / allergen information will be posted. Gourmet
Caterers staff will be on hand to answer any questions.

7. Facilities: Coat check will be available. We have access to the first
floor as well, where the restrooms are located.

A bountiful selection of carrots, squash, green beans, yellow beans,
asparagus, red peppers , yellow peppers, mushrooms broccoli and cherry
tomatoes
