We think you would be a great fit for the Gordon Engineering Leadership Program (GEL). GEL is built to take the best MIT students from multiple disciplines and give them the opportunity to practice their leadership skills.

As a GEL, you will:


- Establish a strong network of successful upperclassmen and alumni


- Develop leadership and career skills in hands-on labs


- Receive candid feedback to improve your abilities
