[2015] Track Jacket Final Order Form!

Hey guys,

I hope you all have been having a great weekend! I'm very happy to announce
that we are now ready to take final orders for the 2015 track jackets!

With your input (as previously mentioned) our class is getting Charles
River track jackets in the design below. They'll be available in mens and
womens styles, in black&grey (pictured) or maroon&black (picture and sizing
info/details in form).

We've negotiated the price down to $26.50 per jacket; your first jacket
will be subsidized to a price of *$21.50* + optional embroidery! Submit
your order by *11:59PM Monday, November 11th*.
