Class,

I hope all of you are all excited for the big day tomorrow. Everything is
ready, and your rings are all ready to go. As we prepare for the day to
come, there are a few things that we must keep in mind:

   1.

*DO NOT FORGET TO BRING YOU ID. *Your MIT ID is required not only to let
you into Fenway but also to acquire your ring from Herff Jones.

    2.

*The dress code will be formal*. Boys should wear suits and ladies
should wear comparable formal attire. The weather will be nice for that
time of night – not too hot, not too cold.
    3.

There have been rumors that there will be breathalyzers at the door.
While this will not be the case, *Fenway's security will be monitoring
for those who are noticeably intoxicated*. They have the right to make a
judgement call and deny you entrance into their facility. Don't come all
the way to Fenway just to be turned away and miss out on such an important
   night.
    4.

We will not be allowing any type of book bag into Fenway. In light of
recent events, *backpacks may not enter the facility*. If you have time
to get changed into formal attire, you have time to drop your bag off
   somewhere.
    5.

*Transportation to and from the event will not be provided*. We
recommend walking with a group of friends or taking a Saferide shuttle to a
nearby location. Cabs will also be very cheap.
    6.

*Bring your cameras!* There will be many opportunities to take pictures
tomorrow. Don't let these moments slip by.

In summary please be safe, be smart, and be excited!
