They do go through March 1. As stated in my previous emails, sales continue Tuesday - Friday. I will be sending another reminder. Obviously there will be a booth

Is it still possible to order rings? One of my friends missed the booth in Lobby 10 on Friday and wants to buy one. This email seems to indicate that sales go through Friday, March 1, but I'm not sure how that works without a Herff Jones booth.

RingComm would like to humbly extend our sincerest apology for the contradicting queuing systems and resulting distress. We accept full responsibility and want to be completely transparent going forward:

  *   First come, first serve. There will be a single-file queue so you'll wait your turn and order. No numbering, no saving spaces, nothing. The queue will be along the line of desks in Lobby 10, break at the Infinite, and carry on down the stairs into lobby 13. Matt and Michelle will be there from 11am tomorrow to manage this.

  *   There will be no more $50 subsidies distributed. Those that were the first 150 to order and those that were in class council's list of 150 were accommodated for today (Monday).
  *   We will uphold our promise of $25 subsidies to the first 500 orders. Around 200 of these were distributed today and the rest will be up for grabs starting tomorrow (Tuesday).

NB:

  *   You need to fill out 1 form per ring that you will purchase with your basic information (name, address etc.).
  *   Please think about the metal, finish and engraving that you want. Ask around and think it over before you get to the counter. You don't have to have finalized your decision, but it'd be nice if you weren't holding up the queue for an unnecessarily long period of time.

Sales schedule (19 February - 1 March): Ordering during this period guarantees that you'll have your ring for Delivery.

Tuesday 11am - 4pm
Wednesday 2pm - 7pm
Thursday 11am - 4pm
Friday 11am - 3pm
