[2015] Sweatpants and Sweatshirts Update

Hi 2015 Class,

I just wanted to write you a quick note answering inquires about
sweatshirts and sweatpants. The two pickup dates are:

Friday, Dec 7th 4-6PM at the Stratton Balcony.
Saturday, Dec 8th 2-4PM at the Stratton Balcony.

1. If you ordered a pair of sweatpants and your payment went through,
cash/techcash, (you'll receive an email very soon if it didn't) you can
come on either pickup day and have what you ordered guaranteed.

2. If you ordered in cash but didn't come by the booth to pay, you need to
come on the first day to pay and pickup, to have your order guaranteed. On
the second day, the pair(s) reserved for you will be open for sale to other
students.

3. If you want to buy a sweatshirt, you need to come on the *second day* with
$25 cash to buy it. We have a limited number of varying sizes (about 40
total) and will sell on a first come first served basis. Please come early
if you really really want one; sorry we can't reserve them for you. These
sweatshirts were the ones "left over" from last year.

If you do not come by the second day, even if you had already paid, your
pairs are not guaranteed (but you can get refunded). This is due to storage
issues/many sweatshirts not picked up last year :(
