[2015] [Important] Sweatpants Orders Update

Hey guys!

I'm just emailing to let you know that we've now completed the ordering
process for our class sweatpants. They will be delivered in 1 week, and we
will soon update you with specific distribution dates/times.

If you "ordered" sweatpants online but did not go to the payment booth to
pay, a pair of sweatpants will still be ordered for you, but you *need to
go to (or send a proxy to) the first pickup date to pay and pick up your
sweatpants*. *On Monday/Tuesday, techcash orders will be processed.* *Please
make sure you have enough money in your account. *Otherwise, you will need
to pay in cash on the first pickup day.

On the second pickup date, anyone who did not place an order may purchase
the remaining pairs of sweatpants (*i.e. the pairs that people ordered but
did not pay for*). This way, it will be fair to those who paid.

On a different note, there are still approximately 40 class of 2015
sweatshirts left, of varying sizes. These will be available for purchase at
$25 each (same price as non-preorder last year). Just as an FYI, we might
need to raffle off/somehow distribute the remaining unpurchased
sweatshirts, due to space/storage restrictions.
