MIT L.E.A.D. is an effort to provide intentional and easily accessible forms of leadership training for MIT students and student organizations. It exists as a leadership program for students to sharpen and hone their leadership skills and gain knowledge and experience about what it takes to make a student organization successful. L.E.A.D. was developed to promote the value of leadership as a way to gain new knowledge, explore new territory, and enable students to pursue shared interests.
