Hey everyone!

We are your newly elected Class of 2014 representatives. It is our job to keep the class united through fun events and opportunities that will help keep you sane. We are well on our way to making this year incredible with ideas galore. Look for another email in the coming week that details our plans for October. So, quick intros:

President Daesun Yim is a gentleman of refined taste and sophistication. His hobbies include armed gladiatorial combat, extreme mathematics, and knitting.

Vice President Candace Chen is a ballerrr :P (both literally and figuratively). Her other interests include violin/piano, football, napping, and "exploring" MIT's buildings. You may have also seen her around in a Pikachu hoodie.

Secretary Anika Gupta is naturally as peppy as the first paragraph of this email. Sorry if she's creeped up unsuspectingly on you these past couple of weeks – on Facebook or otherwise.

Treasurer Angela Zhu's daily activities include interpretive dancing, overdosing on fun, accompanying her speech with excessive hand gestures, and eating fatfood.

Social Chair Oliver Song's power animal is the fox, but it might as well be courage wolf. He loves to do stuff, play sports, sketchily scheme in his room, and sleep. Just kidding, sleep is for the weak.

Social Chair Jean Xin is a girl who loves to laugh, is usually up for anything, and talks too much. She's an SK pledge whose interests include meeting new people, chocolate, coffee, reading, random dance parties, playing sports that she's not very good at, and procrastinating work.

Publicity Chair Jonathan Chien is excited to publicize all the events already being planned! He can be found on the 2nd East floor of East Campus. His hobbies include tutoring, vacillating between major choices, and taking long walks on the beach. He wishes to thank everyone who voted for him despite his lackluster campaign.

By the way, remember we were elected to represent you - if you ever have any thoughts or ideas, we definitely want to hear them. Thank you so much for your support and we look forward to an amazing year!

Sincerely,

Your Class Reps
