[Class of 2009] Freshman Formal This Friday

Class of 2009,
 
The Freshman Formal will be taking place this Friday at the Cambridge
Marriott from 8pm-12pm. It will cost $10 per person and includes appetizers,
full dinner, and dance.
 
In order to make things easier for you guys, we will be accepting
reservations for the guest list through e-mail. In order to reserve a place
for the Freshman Formal, all you need to do is simply e-mail
2009formal at mit.edu with the following information:
(For each person you are reserving a space for):
 
Name:
E-mail:
Dorm:
Method of payment: (booth or day of)
 
There are two ways you can get us the $10 per person for the event. Either
bring the money ahead of time to the booth we will have up until the formal
or bring the money right to the formal as we sign you in.
 
We hope this makes things easier for you guys and it will surely make things
easier for us to get a better head count.
 
We look forward to seeing you all on Friday.
