<a href="https://perma.cc/" class="">Perma.cc</a>, a modern web development project that has grown beyond Harvard to include over 11,000 registered users at 713 archiving institutions.</div>

<div class="">Topics covered include development workflow, hosting and deployment, and strategies for scaling user support. &nbsp;A quick look at their&nbsp;<a href="https://github.com/harvard-lil/perma" class="">github repository</a>&nbsp;reveals deft use of modern web libraries,
 automated testing, and task queues.</div>
