Designers now need to account for a multitude of new device types and input methods. As a Design Director of Mobile at Fidelity Investments, Michael spends his time persuading clients and colleagues that the line between desktop and mobile is no longer meaningful in a multi-device world. Michael started his design journey back when hit counters were still en vogue and has had stints at Lycos, Thomson Reuters and a handful of start-ups.
