I wanted to give you a quick update on the launch of the MIT Global Challenge, which happened April 6. Things have been going incredibly well, largely do to the great support from IS&T Server Ops (Nathan!) and DCAD (Lisa!). Props to our developers at Idea Couture also. Anyway, if you haven’t, please register to vote at <a href="http://globalchallenge.mit.edu">http://globalchallenge.mit.edu</a> – you can help us provide up to $25,000 to teams of public service innovators representing a truly outstanding range of projects.<br>

Now the numbers:<br>

</span></font><li><font face="Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><span style="font-size:11pt">Team Indian Mobile Initiative leads the pack with 656 votes<br>

I hope you can have a look at this year’s teams, vote for the ones you think demonstrate the greatest innovation, feasibility, and impact – and then join us in Kresge May 2 to find out who the winners of this year’s IDEAS Competition and Global Challenge will be.<br>
