Images require text tags associated with them and audio <br>and video needs transcriptions or captions. to make access universal.<br><br>The Wave is a Web-based tool that will assist designers in testing their <br>pages to identify and rectify any barriers to accessibility for surfers <br>with disabilities. The newest version of this tool is Wave 2.0.<br><br>What is Wave 2.0 and what does it do for me?<br>Come to the hour-long, live Webinar on Monday Jan. 28 at 2 PM Eastern. The <br>Webinar is part of the Webinar series provided by EASI (Equal Access to <br>Software and Information). Wave has been upgrade by WebAIM and the Webinar <br>presenter is Jared Smith. It is used to aid humans in <br>the web accessibility evaluation process. Rather than providing a complex <br>technical report, WAVE shows the original web page with<br>embedded icons and indicators that reveal the accessibility information <br>within your page.
