<p>Thanks for thinking of me Chase. I'm currently obligated to consulting on the Fine Arts Production Facility at UConn Storrs so I'm not available for the immediate future. I'll keep my thinking cap on but I think all my MFAs are currently employed. There
is a guy coming out of the Lighting Program with an MA who might be a good fit if there were any wiggle room on qualifications.<br>

<p>Looking forward to see your new facilities - look awesome as a ride by on my visual progress surveillance.<br>

<div>Jack,</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>So here’s something you probably aren’t interested in. Nonetheless, it would be great if you were and could actually do it.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>We/I need an adjunct professor to teach two classes every semester starting in the fall. I need someone to teach "Technical Theatre" on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 AM. In the afternoon on both days, I also need someone to teach "Set Construction".
Teaching Set Construction really means working with students and overseeing them as they build the set for our two productions. The professor in this class is not responsible for getting the work done or attending rehearsals, merely overseeing the crews
on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. I’d still be the TD and own the responsibility associated with that role including working in the shop on those and other days as is required. The crews in the afternoon are usually one to three students who are in the
shop/theatre for hour and a half shifts. The set construction class is the lab component of the Technical Theatre class.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>What would make next year interesting is that in the fall we will begin moving into our new facility. We will be in the new facility in the spring, but the spring production schedule is very light. We imagine most of the time will be spent just setting
up the spaces and learning the new building and the new technologies in it.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I don’t know the details of your retirement. Your schedule and other interests might not allow for something like this, but I thought I’d ask. In the event you are not interested, my next question, of course, is do you know of someone who would be interested?
The job has to be filled with someone with an MFA.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Hope all is well.</div>
