Your observations and suggestions to date have been good ones and thank you for them. I’m glad to know there are others faced with this challenge. <BR>

I agree that we need to create a different rubric for each of our disciplines and present to you a rough offering for the discipline of lighting. I welcome all suggestions; it is intended to start a discussion and is not a finished product. <BR>

My thought is each of us is eventually going to want to tweak whatever we collectively create, but that we can all benefit from the feedback this volley initiates. Once we have a format that looks good, I’ll be happy to move on to another discipline such as Sound Design.<BR>
