The intent here is to create a tool by which the department can measure a student’s learning and skill development over his four year academic career. (well okay maybe five year academic career)<BR>

Do any of you currently have such a tool, or something close to it? I’d really rather avoid re-inventing the wheel if at all possible.<BR>
