<DIV>Sorry these minutes come so late. (See minutes & photo below) I was actually trying to organize a projection workshop with Jack Nardi and UConn in conjunction with their first production but, like the rest of us, they are swamped. </DIV>

<DIV>I just want to say that events cannot be placed on my shoulders alone. People want things like projection workshops, rigging workshops, etc., but do not offer to organize them. So I think I will make an offer to all of you out there. If you want to organize an event, workshop, or other idea, I can arrange to help you fund it. I will probably offer you a prearranged amount of funding for each USITT NE member who shows up or for each new member you recruit. The rest will be up to you. Send me your proposals that include a time, place, overall cost and numbers of people who can participate. </DIV>

<DIV>I will continue to personally do three things each year. </DIV>
<DIV>1. the annual BBQ</DIV>
<DIV>2. chair the meeting at the national conference</DIV>
<DIV>3. offer my services and continue the USITT NE events at KCACTF Region I</DIV>
