Our compensation is by stipend- $800 for indoor shows, and $2000 for the outdoor show.</div><div><br></div><div>We are planning to do 2 spring shows, our summer outdoor show, and 2 shows in the fall, and we are looking for an individual who can build sets and oversee the design/technical elements.
