<font face="Arial" size="+0" color="#000000" style="font-family:Arial;font-size:10pt;color:#000000;">Try "live wire" or Xenoline". They are both brands of thin wire that glow like neon. I'ts not too expensive, but to get the full thikness of neon you might have to have multiple lines of it. I've used it a few times and like the look. Below is a link to Xenoline's website.
