<div>This survey has been created to develop a more complete understanding of current undergraduate attitudes towards MIT’s tutoring resources.</div>

<div>We will randomly be selecting 25 survey respondents to win Amazon gift cards! 10 survey respondents will be selected to win a $100 gift card, and 20 respondents will be selected to win a $50 gift card.</div>
