As fall approaches, so does the MIT Fall Career Fair. It is the only career fair held in the fall semester, and marks the beginning of the recruiting season for MIT students. The Career Fair is a great way to learn about companies and what they do, network with company representatives, apply for corporate research sponsorship, and land internships and full-time jobs. This year, over 400 companies will attend the fair. We have worked hard to expand the diversity of companies and the range of networking opportunities available to students. The Career Fair Week features over eighty company panels and info sessions, an exclusive networking reception for Career Fair volunteers, and the Interview Day. <br><br><b>We invite you to register online by visiting the Career Fair website at <span style="color:windowtext"><a href="http://career-fair.mit.edu/" target="_blank">career-fair.mit.edu</a></span></b>. By submitting your resume online, you give companies the ability to access your resume and contact you about potential opportunities. All MIT students are strongly encouraged to participate. Attending companies seek a wide variety of students, and we welcome undergraduate, graduate, and post-doctoral students of all majors and class years to attend our events. <br><br></p><div style="font-size:small">If you're interested in becoming more involved with MIT Fall Career Fair, then we invite you to <a href="http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0d4aa9a92ca6fc1-2016" target="_blank">sign up as a volunteer</a> as well. Volunteers will be invited to attend our VIP Kick-Off Reception on the evening of <span class="gmail-aBn" tabindex="0"><span class="gmail-aQJ">Thursday 9/22</span></span> with Platinum Sponsors, Gold Sponsors, and select other companies. The event includes a raffle of thank-you gifts from companies for volunteers such as drones, speakers, and gift cards.
