<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_quote"><div dir="ltr"><div><div style="text-align:center"><img src="cid:ii_i8tvqyjb1_14ce54b40d547bc8" width="454" height="124"></div>​</div><div>To the MIT Undergraduate Community,</div><div><br></div><div>We are looking forward to the <b>Finale Dessert Night TONIGHT, Thursday 04/23, </b>and we are excited to see you there! This event sold out reservations in the first 30 minutes of release! Please see the below information in regards to the event details.</div><div><br></div><div>Cheers to Dessert,</div><div><br></div><div>UA Events Committee</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align:center"><br></div><div style="text-align:center"><b><u><font size="4"><img src="cid:ii_i8tvob9l0_14ce5495ec7cfd4b" width="454" height="168"><br><br></font></u></b></div><div style="text-align:center"><b><i>Finale Boston: 1 Columbus Ave. Boston, MA</i></b></div><div><br></div><div><b><u>For those that reserved a one-hour time slot:</u></b></div><div><ol><li><b><i>Bring a printed version of your ticket or the ticket that was sent to your mobile device via email.</i></b> If you did not receive an online ticket, your reservation was not confirmed<br></li><li>Bring your <b><i>MIT Student ID</i></b></li><li>Arrive at Finale Boston within 30 minutes of the beginning of your time-reservation. <i><b>Arrival after 30 minutes of the beginning of the time reservation will result in your reservation given away to someone on the waitlist.</b> </i>(For example if your reservation is for the 6:30PM time slot you may arrive to Finale any time before 7:00PM. At 7:00PM we will begin admitting those in order of the waitlist)</li><li><b><i>If you can no longer make your reservation please notify UA Events so that we can allocate to those on the waitlist. </i></b></li></ol><div><b><u>Waitlist Policy: </u></b></div><div><ol><li><b><i>For those on the waitlist, admittance to the event is not guaranteed. We will begin admitting those on the waitlist (based on ranking) after the first 30 minutes of each time slot if the full reservation list is not in attendance.</i></b> For example, if only 70 out of the 75 reservations for 6:30PM are present before 7:00PM, we will admit the first five people listed on the waitlist.<b><i> Therefore if you are on the waitlist please be ready to be admitted right on the hour - 7:00PM, 8:00PM, 9:00PM, 10:00PM. </i></b><br></li><li><b><i>If admitted, you will need to show your MIT Student ID.</i></b></li><li>If you would like to be removed from the waitlist, please notify UA Events so that we can shift rankings on the waitlist.<br></li><li><b><i>See attached excel spreadsheet for waitlist position</i></b></li></ol></div></div></div>
