description for the Residential Life Area Director (RLAD) position was posted to the
Division of Student Life (DSL) Department of Residential Life & Dining
website linked below. This description includes a list of specific objectives
for the role of RLADs within the dormitories. We encourage all those interested
in this issue to review the description and to reach out to your dormitory’s
