MIT sponsored by the MIT Committee on Race and Diversity (CRD)</div>
<div>This contest is open to <b>everyone </b>at MIT (faculty, staff,
support staff, graduate and undergraduate students)</div>

<div>We want your ideas for transforming MIT into a more welcoming
place for everyone</div>
<div>Submit your proposals for change.</div>
<div>Ideas can be visual/multi-media, research papers, policy papers,
programmatic and event ideas</div>

<div>$1,000.00 for first prizes (up to three first prizes)</div>
<div>$500.00 for second prizes (up to three second prizes)</div>
<div>$200.00 for third prize (up to three third prizes)</div>

ideas and be able to receive feedback from our subcommittee. There
will be several brainstorming/visioning sessions scheduled during IAP.</div>
