Dear Students,

In an effort to make the UA more accessible to the entire community, we
are
publicizing the election/interview process of UA Committee Chairs and
Vice-Chairs to the entire student body. We hope this process will make
more students aware of ways to make positive changes on campus, and
encourage them to get involved in making things happen. Committee
Chairs and Vice-Chairs have the unique opportunity to set the agenda
for the coming academic year, by deciding which long-term and
short-term projects their respective committee should undertake to
ultimately improve MIT. It is a great way to take a leadership role, to
interact with students and administrators, and to simply get things
done.

The following committees have Chair and Vice-Chair positions open for
elections/appointment:
Athletics Committee
Dining Committee
Committee on Housing and Orientation (CHO)
