We're in desperate need of a Sports Editor and a Film Editor, and our other editors each need someone they can depend upon when that distraction known as schoolwork gets in the way of their Technique responsibilities.</div>

Junior Manboard members team up with their Senior counterparts to make sure each section is getting done in a timely manner - be it Activities, Design, Photo Editing, etc. <b>Junior Manboard members will be listed as such in the back of the book, and will have a vote in the Senior Manboard elections in the Spring! You also get free printing on the roll printer in the back office.</b></div>
<div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; "><br></div><div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; ">The purpose of this is really to get all the younger members involved - we need help putting the book together, and we need to pass down the knowledge of how that is actually accomplished before we all graduate. We pass down knowledge and share the burden of making the book, and you get a lot of creative control and credit for making one of the best yearbooks in the country, a voice in how the club progresses in the future, and some printing perks.</div>
<div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; "><br></div><div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; ">As you may have noticed, <b>we're lacking a Sports Editor and a Film Editor</b>; this explains the relative absence of pressure to shoot sports photography and the very minor role film and the darkroom have played thus far. <b> These positions are Senior Manboard positions - they will require a larger time commitment than the Junior positions, but in return you'll get a key to the equipment cabinet so you can check out cameras anytime you like.</b></div>
