Hey everyone,<div><br></div><div>The froshies are here, omgz! We can't officially recruit them until after the Activities Midway next Friday, but we can wear t-shirts and conspicuously take pictures of all things Orientation and REX. You can also hold loud conversations about how much you love photography and design, and how Technique fulfills your every need in those areas.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Our real recruitment plan is to have a pre-set schedule of seminars like "How to use a DSLR", "How to use the darkroom", "Intro to studio photography", "How to use photoshop like a pro", "How to print + matte your images" etc. We can print up the whole schedule of events on cards and hand them out at our Midway table (and poster campus too) to give people a reason to show up week after week while we get to know them.</div>
<div><br></div><div>So! If you're interested in teaching / helping with any of these seminars, or have a good idea I didn't list here, <b>come the the meeting tomorrow to pitch your ideas</b>. We'll hopefully have a "finalized" schedule by Monday, and can get cards / posters / whatever printed up early next week.</div>
<div><br></div><div><b>Also:</b> If you haven't seen the glory that is our new checkout system, come admire the shiny touchscreen and barcodes! <b>This is now our only checkout system , and you cannot remove camera or lenses from the office without checking them out</b>. We have to register you into the system before you can borrow anything, so stop by tomorrow if you haven't done so yet!</div>
