<p dir="ltr">We've received a lot of emails about the Ash Wednesday schedule. Because I have to celebrate Mass at the University of Massachusetts-Boston at midday, we will only have the one Mass in the MIT Chapel on Ash Wednesday at 7:30 pm.

<p dir="ltr">Remember, Ash Wednesday is NOT a day of precept (a.k.a. a Holy Day of Obligation). But it is an excellent way to start Lent.</p>

Ashes will be blessed and distributed during t he 8:00am and 7:30pm Masses. There will also be a ceremony at the end of Eucharistic Adoration at 5:00pm.</p>
