<tt>This Bible Study meets on Thursdays at 8:30 in McCormick. It
usually runs
for about an hour. The format of the study is basically reading,
meditating on,
and discussing the Gospel for the following Sunday's Mass during the
first
part, and then either listening to or reading something of Catholic
interest
and discussing it.</tt><br>

<tt>Interested in discussing Scripture with other Catholics and
non-Catholic
Christians? This study chooses topics in advance about which Catholics

other Christians usually disagree and then seeks to come to a better
understanding of these through Scripture as well as readings from the

Church Fathers. It meets every other Thursday in W11 starting 10/6 from

<tt>TCC is seeking volunteers for Mardi Gras!</tt><br>
<tt>Each year, one of TCC's largest events is a Mardi Gras celebration
typically held the weekend before the beginning of Lent in Walker
Memorial. In
the past it has been voted best <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:place
u7:st="on"><st1:place u4:st="on"><st1:place u6:st="on">ARCADE</st1:place></st1:place></st1:place></st1:place>
event of the year. We are looking for dedicated, energetic,
enthusiastic, and
fun-loving individuals to continue this great TCC tradition.
Opportunities
range from decorating, to organizing games, to contacting cultural
groups to
participate, and much much more. If you are at all interested in being
a part

<tt>I had the privilege of attending this Conference last year and it
was
absolutely amazing and this year it looks even better. On top of the
awesome
speaker's lineup, the price for registering before 12/31/05 is only $10
for
students. I'd like to try and get a large group to come out from MIT.
They also
discount pricing for groups, so it'd be great if you could get back to
me to
let me know if you're interested and I could register everyone as a
group. Hope
many of you would be able to make it out for this awesome experience
(there
were already 300 men signed up after the first day of registration!).
